We are cow people, located in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.  Our farmers are traditional farmers that have been working on farms for generations.  They care about their animals, their land, and their people.  Vermont is home to some of the best milk products in the Country because people pay attention to the details. Just like our dairy cows, this is how our beef is raised.
