Our 99 Box includes an assortment of exceptional steak, roasts, and ground beef that is perfect for one or two people. Great box to try out what we have to offer and get a taste for multiple cuts of premium beef.
- 2 Strip Steaks (avg. 10 oz. each)
- 2 Marinating Steaks (Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Shoulder) (avg. 16-18 oz. each)
- 3-4 lb Round Roast
- 1 lb Beef Tips or Kabobs
- 4 lbs Premium Ground Beef (1 lb packages)
Our beef is premium 14-21 day dry aged, grown on some of the most beautiful and fertile land that Vermont has to offer. Our cows are primarily grass fed for health with a premium mixture of nutrients and local feeds to assure exceptional tenderness and flavor, free from antibiotics. We believe the simple mantra: the better we raise our cows, the better our beef will be.
